Vihaan Aluminum Formwork Technology is a revolutionary aluminum formwork construction system, which has been successfully used and developed since many years, for forming cast in place reinforced concrete building structures. Using this unique formwork, all walls, floor slabs, columns, beams, stairs, balconies, together with door and window openings are cast in place in a single site based operation.

Formwork technology is suitable for constructing large number of houses within short time using room size forms to construct walls and slabs in one continuous pour on concrete. Early removal of forms can be achieved by hot air curing / curing compounds. This facilitates fast construction, say two flats per day. All the activities are planned in assembly line manner and hence result into more accurate, well – controlled and high quality production at optimum cost and in shortest possible time.
We design, manufacture and supply aluminium formwork (commonly known as “MIVAN” formwork) for construction industry. Our formwork is designed for more than 300 repetitions. We use best and proven aluminium alloy for sheets and extrusions.

We gave services for refurbishment old aluminium formwork system. System is redesigned for new layout with drawings and redesign aluminium panels. We undertake total turnkey project from getting old material from site and deliver refurbished (as good as new) panels to site.
During refurbishment old panels are cleaned with high pressure water. If any panel is damaged then it is reworked, welded, straightened to desire level. 100% mockup of all panels is done at our factory to have minimum set up time at site. Refurbishment of old aluminium panels is need of the hour as most of the completed projects have the panel which are good for use and have not completed the life cycle. We supply entire system with all accessories. we cater to small contractors also for retaining wall, column, staircase, lift. It becomes viable as the speed of construction is achieved with this system and it can be redesigned for future projects.
